Lost 2FA, email or password

Unable to access your account because you've forgotten your password, lost access to your email, or can't retrieve your 2FA code? Our Live Support is able to assist!

Forgotten Password - you may use your email to change your password, this can be done via the password reset form or by simply clicking Forgot Password? under the sign in popup. For further problems or assistance see Manage Password.

Lost email access - If you no longer have access to your account's registered email, we suggest trying to regain access to your email account via your email provider. If regaining access is not possible, please contact Live Support and they will be able to assist!

Lost Two-Factor Authenticator - If you have lost access to your Two-Factor Authenticator, please contact us via the Live Support chat. We will ask you to provide us with information relating to your account. This information will then be reviewed and verified. Once you regain access to your account, we suggest re-securing it again.
